Our Story
Big adventures for little explorers, delivered through the letterbox.
Explorer Pals Club was created by two mums who wanted to bring back something we felt was getting lost — the simple excitement of receiving something special in the post. We wanted to create an experience that children could look forward to each month. Something that would spark their imagination, encourage them to ask questions, get them away from screens and, most importantly, make learning feel like an adventure.
And so, Explorer Pals Club was born.
More than just a monthly activity
Every Explorer Pals adventure introduces children to a new world of animals, nature and exploration through stories, letters, puzzles, creative activities and collectible animal cards. Their Explorer Pals become familiar friends who take them on adventures, shares discoveries and encourage them to become explorers themselves.
Whether they're learning about polar bears in the Arctic with Pip the Penguin, exploring the forests with Bertie Bear, solving a puzzle at the kitchen table or heading outside to collect something from nature, every pack is designed to turn ordinary moments into opportunities for curiosity and discovery.
Learning without feeling like learning

Making adventure accessible
We're also passionate about keeping exploration simple and affordable. Our creative activities don't require expensive craft kits. Instead, we suggest things families are likely to already have at home — or encourage children to find free natural treasures outside, like leaves, sticks, stones and pinecones. Because you don't need lots of stuff to have a great adventure. Sometimes all you need is a curious mind, a magnifying glass and somewhere to explore.
