Shipping Information

We send Explorer Pals packs by post directly to your door.

• Your first pack will be dispatched on the 10th of the month unless we hear from you requesting a specific date.

• After that, subscription packs are sent monthly on the 10th of each month.

• Delivery is currently available within the UK.

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your location.

If your pack hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (monthly letter packs and subscriptions), we’re unable to accept returns once an Explorer Pals pack has been opened or dispatched.

However, if:

• Your pack arrives damaged

• Your pack goes missing

• There is an issue with your order

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to put things right.

Subscription Cancellations

• Rolling monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account. Subscriptions need to be cancelled before the 8th of the month to avoid that months post being sent out on the 10th.

• Prepaid 6-month and 12-month subscriptions run for their full term and are non-refundable once started.
